REPERTORI PRINCIPALI




PER PIANOFORTE SOLO 

Oltre ai repertori contenuti nella sezione Projects, la sezione Piano solo propone musica interessante e non suonata frequentemente. Il genere preferito da Carbonara è la Sonata, avendo eseguito diverse integrali di Sonate di importanti autori (ad esempio tutte le Sonate di Schubert, Brahms, Weber e  Szymanowski).



PER PIANOFORTE E ORCHESTRA
Michelangelo è uno specialista del Mozart per pianoforte e orchestra, avendo preparato nell'anno 2006 l'integrale dei Concerti. Ha in repertorio anche tutti i Concerti di Carl Maria von Weber oltre a Concerti dei principali autori tedeschi (Beethoven, Mendelssohn, Schumann, Brahms).  



MUSICA DA CAMERA
Michelangelo Carbonara è molto attivo anche come musicista da camera e collabora con alcuni prestigiosi partner,


Fortuna Piano Trio, Duo violoncello e pianoforte, Duo violino e pianoforte Fondato nel 2007 ed entrato a far parte delle formazioni promosse dal CIDIM Comitato Nazionale Italiano Musica, il Fortuna Piano Trio si è già esibito in Italia, Brasile, Argentina, Cile, Uruguay e Francia. Esegue tutti i capolavori e brani principali per trio. E’ una formazione modulare, è possibile ossia comporre dei programmi anche con brani per violino e pianoforte oppure per violoncello e pianoforte (riferirsi al repertorio allegato).

Duo voce e pianoforte 
Carbonara collabora con il più importante baritono islandese, Sigurδur Bragason. E’ possibile comporre un programma di lieder di vario tipo (da Haydn a Strauss passando per Mozart, Beethoven, Schubert, Mendelssohn, Schumann, Brahms, Liszt, Wolf ed altri), con particolare attenzione ai brani scandinavi e russi.

Duo flauto e pianoforte 
Collaborazione di Carbonara con la flautista Daria Grillo, è un duo specializzato nel repertorio francese conosciuto e sconosciuto (vedere lista allegata nel repertorio).

Duo clarinetto e pianoforte
 In duo con il clarinettista Paolo Marchettini è possibile comporre programmi di ogni genere, con particolare attenzione ai brani del 900 storico. Peculiarità della formazione è che i due giovani artisti possono cimentarsi anche in brani jazz, pop rivisitati o in improvvisazioni. 



COME DIRETTORE D'ORCHESTRA

Carbonara ha cominciato nel 2006 a dirigere le orchestre, soprattutto i Concerti di Mozart e Beethoven, che più volte ha eseguito in qualità di solista e direttore allo stesso tempo. Ha poi cominciato a dirigere repertorio sinfonico di vario tipo, prevalentemente per soli archi. E’ ideale strutturare un evento che preveda uno o più brani sinfonici e un concerto per pianoforte e orchestra.

FOR PIANO SOLO
Apart from the repertoires contained in the Projects section, some interesting and not-so-usual music can be found in the Piano solo section. Carbonara loves Sonatas, as he performed all Piano Sonatas of many important composers (such as all Schubert, Brahms, Weber and Szymanowski Piano Sonatas).

FOR PIANO AND ORCHESTRA

Michelangelo is specialized in Mozart, as in the year 2006 he prepared the complete 27 Piano Concertos. He plays all the Carl Maria von Weber Concertos as well of the major works of the main German composers (Beethoven, Mendelssohn, Schumann, Brahms)



CHAMBER MUSIC

Michelangelo Carbonara is extremely active also as a chamber pianist and performs with many eminent partners.


Fortuna Piano Trio, Cello and piano duo, Violin and piano duo
Founded in 2007 and promoted by the Italian Comitee for the Italian Music (CIDIM), Fortuna Piano Trio already had the chance to perform in Italy, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Uruguay and France. The repertoire includes all the masterpieces and main works by the greatest composers. It is an open ensemble, thus they play not only music for Trio but also music for violin and piano or cello and piano.

Voice and piano duo
Carbonara collaborates with the most important Icelandic baritone, Sigurδur Bragason. In this formation they perform many lieders (from Haydn to Strauss going through Mozart, Beethoven, Schubert, Mendelssohn, Schumann, Brahms, Liszt, Wolf and more), focusing on the composers from Russia and Scandinavian countries.

Flute and piano duo
Carbonara often collaborates with the flutist Daria Grillo to perform mainly the French reperto ire, both known and less known composers.

Clarinet and piano duo
Carbonara plays very often with his close friend Paolo Marchettini, brilliant clarinetist. They not only perform classical repertory (especially the main composers of the 20th century) but even jazz or avant-garde music, as well as sessions of improvisation.



AS A CONDUCTOR 
Carbonara started his conducting career in 2006, above all the Mozart and Beethoven Concerti he often performes as a conductor and a soloist at the same time. Now he can conduct many orchestral works, primarily pieces for string orchestra. It can be ideal a concert with some symphonic works and a Concerto for piano and orchestra.
